Skip creating an MS account during Windows 10 installation

1. press shift+f10 from this screen to open the command prompt
2. Type regedit to open the registry.
3. Open Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\OOBE
4. Create a new Dword value on the right, rename it BypassNRO and set the value to 1
5. Then type shutdown \r
6. Yank any network cable that may be attached.
7. Windows should boot and tell you to connect to a network.
8. Say you have no network (bottom left)
9. Create a local user.
10. Wonder why the everloving fuck such a dark pattern is allowed to exist.
11. Send email to Microsoft telling them to go fuck themselves.
12. You are now done.
